Holiday Season: Time To Establish Balance

For some this is the most enjoyable section of the year. Heading into the holiday season. Most holidays happen in isolation, but the end of year holiday season offers up a cornucopia consisting of: time off work, quality family time, vacations, food and gifts. Some of us are privileged enough to receive all of these blessings during the holiday season, others would consider themselves lucky to receive even one item from the list. That establishes an important point. The holidays are a time to be grateful for. No matter what the differences in beliefs, job security or finances might be.
