First of all, I, Jay Mullings on behalf of Written Mirror Ltd, would like to welcome you all to the new writtenmirror.com. Take a moment to browse the new features and let us know if there is anything that you like/dislike in the comments. Look at the old Written Mirror screenshots for a quick comparison. Clearly things are not the same here; they’re much better!
Jay Mullings Has Your Site Changed?
There is now a blog, which collates posts on the varied subject matter the site dabbles in. This will become a lot more focused going forwards. In the mean time however, you are more than welcome to go through the back catalogue. Twice a week Written Mirror will receive new content.
We are proud to be able to bring you the new Written Mirror ‘Shop’ where you can purchase books, signed and inscribed 1st editions or reprinted versions directly on the site. There are a variety of payment methods available and the website is secure (SSL certified). Eventually, other Written Mirror merchandise will become available. Be it T-shirts, other branded clothing and accessories etc. Watch this space…
What has Jay Mullings Been Up To?
Further more the look is not all that has changed here. In addition, the new look Written Mirror will no feature film reviews. If you would like to know why, check out this article explaining in depth.
Film reviews have been replaced with a ‘Watching’ feature. It shows the 12 most recent Film/TV Series in our watch list. Questions/debates about them are welcome via social media; Twitter (@writtenmirror) or using the comment section.
For those who have enquired about the various projects Written Mirror has been involved in, there is a ‘Projects’ tab. Here especially you can find relevant information like genre, runtime and awards won etc. Information on unfinished projects will remain untitled or therefore to be confirmed (TBC). In addition, a further update will follow the arrival of new information.
Awards and Accreditations can now be seen on the site. It was an adjustment going from being quiet about results to embracing the importance of showcasing Written Mirror’s successes. The ‘About’ section of the site gives you more detail on Jay and Written Mirror itself; including how it began and the long-term goals.
